Grundy & Associates has many years of experience representing clients in all aspects of the domestic and international oil and gas industry. We have clients ranging from mineral owners, large and small, to major energy companies.
Our domestic oil and gas experience includes representing mineral owners and their families in negotiations, drafting all types of oil and gas agreements and contracts, and assisting clients in title matters. We have experience in all major producing regions with a domestic emphasis on Texas and Oklahoma, as well as international experience in Mexico, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the former Soviet Union.

We represent a number of mineral and surface interest owners, and provide, on an ongoing basis, representation in lease negotiations, buying and selling of properties, and general business law. We also represent a number of foreign clients doing business in the United States. Over the years we have developed relationships with many lawyers, accountants, geologists, engineers, and other professional service providers and are able to make tham available to our clients.
